Privacy policy

What I collect, why, and how to make me delete it.

Version 1.0 · Effective 11 August 2026
Kari Bennett, sole proprietor · Louisiana, United States

The short version. I collect what I need to do the work and nothing else. I do not sell your data, I do not advertise to you, and there are no tracking cookies on this site.

The sensitive part is the birth data you give me about other people. I treat it as confidential business information, I use it only to build your document, and I delete it on request.

This policy covers 29 Degrees Consulting and 29 Degrees Astrology, both operated by the same person.

01 Who is responsible

Kari Bennett, sole proprietor, trading as 29 Degrees, in Louisiana, United States. For any question about your data, or to ask me to delete it, write to kari@29degreeconsulting.com.

02 What I collect

WhatWhen, and why
Your contact details
name, role, email, phone if you give it
When you email me or submit an intake form. Used to reply to you and to deliver your work.
Company information
legal name, incorporation date, time and place, sector, headcount
When you submit intake. The incorporation moment is the calculation the whole document is built from.
Birth data of individuals
role, birth date, birthplace, and birth time where known
When you submit intake. Used solely to calculate the positions behind your friction table. See section 03.
What you tell me
your written description of what is grinding
When you submit intake, or in email and calls. Used to direct the reading and nothing else.
Payment information
name, billing details, amount, receipt
Handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. I see that a payment succeeded, for how much, and the name attached.
Anonymous site statistics
pages viewed, referring site, country, device type
Collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics on every page. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no individual profile, nothing that identifies you.

What I never collect

Card numbers. Government identification numbers. Health information. Anything about anyone under 18. This service is for businesses and for adults.

03 Data about people who are not you

An engagement usually means giving me birth dates for people who did not fill in my form: a founder, a controller, a sales lead. That is the most sensitive thing I hold, and it is held to a higher standard than the rest.

What I require of you

By submitting intake you confirm you have the right to provide that data, and that you will not use the resulting document to make decisions about those people's employment. That is a condition of the work, set out in the terms of engagement.

What I do

Say it plainly

The safest way to use this service is to tell the people involved that their birth date is being used, and what for. It costs you nothing and it removes the only real objection anyone can raise about this work.

04 Who else touches your data

I am one person, but the tools I use are companies. These are all of them:

ServiceWhat it handles
NetlifyHosts this website and receives intake form submissions.
CloudflareAnonymous, cookie-free page statistics.
StripeAll payment processing. Card details go to Stripe and never to me.
Porkbun and Microsoft OutlookEmail to kari@29degreeconsulting.com is forwarded and read in a private mailbox.

Each holds data under its own privacy terms. I do not give your information to anyone else. I do not sell data, I do not share it with advertisers, and I do not run advertising or marketing trackers on this site.

05 Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The analytics I use are cookie-free by design and cannot follow you to other sites.

06 How long I keep it

DataKept for
Intake submissions and completed documentsKept while the engagement is active, and afterwards so that findings stay checkable and I can answer questions about work I delivered. Deleted on request.
Email correspondenceKept as ordinary business records. Deleted on request.
Payment recordsKept as long as tax and accounting law requires. These I cannot delete on request.
Site statisticsRetained by Cloudflare on a rolling window. Anonymous, so it contains nothing to delete.

07 Your rights

Whatever state or country you are in, I will honour these:

One email does all of it: kari@29degreeconsulting.com. No form to fill in, no account to create, and I will not ask you why.

08 Security, honestly stated

Payments run through Stripe, so the most sensitive data never reaches me. The site is served over HTTPS. Intake submissions are held in an access-controlled account, and my email is protected by a password I do not reuse.

I am a single practitioner, not a bank. I will not claim a security posture I do not have. What I will tell you is exactly what I hold, where it sits, and that I will delete it when you ask.

09 Changes

This policy is versioned and dated. If I change something that matters, I change the version and the date at the top. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be sent to you by email rather than quietly published.
